February and March is a special time of the year that can bring spontaneous and downright dangerous snow storms.
Just two weeks ago, the east coast was bombarded by a string of storms that brought over 20 inches of snow in areas. And if history is any indication, mother nature definitely has a few more winter weather storms up her belt before spring finally arrives.
